The 400-B-1 is for Commercial, Aerospace, and Military

Applications, it can crimp

insulated terminals 26-24 to 2/0 AWG,

uninsulated terminals 26-3/0 AWG,

contacts pins and sockets 28 to 4/0AWG.

This tool is a direct equivalent to the HDP-400, the only difference is the Tyco tool has an Electronic Control footswitch

and this tool crimps a wider range of contacts and terminals.

With a full cycle design that will ensure a perfect crimp on every contact that meets tolerance requirements.

It will crimp Mil-Spec Pins, Socket (M39029) as well as Commercial contacts, Insulated and Un-insulated terminals (MS25036, MS20659, and Mil-T-7928),

Rt Angle Flag Terminals, and many more applications. This tool can accept an assortment of interchangeable crimp dies and locators, from a variety of manufacturers (see the 414DA series by Pico Corp).

A precession-built tool with a tolerance of +.001”/-.001”. Operates on shop air (80 -125 psi) and this tool is made in the USA.

All critical parts are manufactured with high-strength S-7 tool steel, ensuring lightweight and durability.

This tool can also use any Manufacturers die that is manufactured to the M22520/23-XX Mil-Spec.
