Description

This commercial crimping die manufactured by Thomas and Betts is designed for the following connector sizes. The codes are as follows: Copper Code 3/0 AWG, Flex/24 325/24, AL/CU 1/0 AWG, Color-Keyed Die Color Orange/Tan, Die Code Number 50. This die will work in the following Hydraulic Crimping Heads: 13642M, 13642, 13400, or any tooling made to the Mil Spec MS25441-1. This die can also be used in other manufacturers’ tooling, such as the Hydraulic Hand Tool HH80C and Hydraulic Crimping Head TBHD1 by Daniels. Or, if the tooling accepts MS90485-XX, MS23002-XX, MS25442-XX, then this die will work in that tooling.  This die will do the same function as MS90485-01 and produces a hex crimp on a 1/0 AWG non-insulated terminal.
