Description

This unit is operated by a hydraulic pump (pump and dies are not included), unit accommodates cable sizes to 3/8″. If dies or pump is needed, please contact Dakota Electronics directly. Swaging is performed by applying a designated number of pressure increments while rotating the cable/terminal assembly. The action is virtually maintenance-free, consisting of merely two moving parts. This unit will swag double shank ball end terminals 7/32″-5/16″, single shank ball end terminals 7/32″-5/16″, plain ball end terminals 5/16″-3/8″ and sleeve type terminals 9/32″-3/8″.  An Adaptor is provided which allows the AT520H/ATI520H to accept standard ATI520/AT520 series swaging dies, double shank ball end terminals 1/16″-3/16″, single shank ball end terminals 1/16″-3/16″, plain ball end terminals 1/16″-1/8″, cable cut-off and trim dies 1/16″-1/4″ and for sleeve type terminals 1/16″-1/4″. With that additional capability, this portable hydraulic unit can satisfy all aircraft-type cable swaging requirements.
