Description

This commercial crimping die manufactured by Thomas and Betts is designed for the following connector size. The codes are as follows: Copper Code 6 AWG, Flex 61/24, AL/CU 8 AWG, Color-Keyed Die Color Blue, Die Code Number 24. This die will work in the following Hydraulic Crimping Heads: 13642M, 13642, 13400, or any tooling made to the Mil-Spec MS25441-1. This die can also be used in other manufacturers’ tooling, such as the Hydraulic Hand Tool HH80C and the Hydraulic Crimping Head TBHD1 by Daniels. Or, if the tooling will accept MS90485-XX, MS23002-XX, MS25442-XX, then this die will work in that tooling. This die will produce a hex crimp on a 6 AWG non-insulated terminal or splice.
